Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit, based on the order type. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, or handling fees, if applicable, may not be refundable. Peppy Orange reserves the right to reject refund requests if the product does not meet the return conditions.
