Shipping Policy

At Peppy Orange, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at this time. Order Processing Time Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email/SMS to monitor your shipment status. Order Tracking After dispatch, tracking details will be shared with you through SMS or Email. Customers can also track their orders directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin) If delivery is attempted but not accepted, or incorrect/incomplete address details are provided, the shipment may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin). In such cases, the order can be reshipped upon customer request. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping. Important Notes Orders cannot be redirected to a different address once shipped. Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but our team will assist you in resolving shipment-related concerns.
