Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return request. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in the original packaging received at the time of delivery. Non-Returnable Categories The following categories are not eligible for return: Feeding & Nursing Products Health & Safety Products Personal Care Items Opened or used baby accessories Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling To request a return, customers must email us at care@peppyorange.com with their Order ID and reason for return. Customers will need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.
